I can take anything on an empty stomach without it bothering me. I use to never eat breakfast & then take a handful of pills every morning.

Definitely take it with something. It will iritate the lining of your stomach if you do it all the time.
I take all medicines and vitamins with food.

I would ry something with it, but it's coated. It depends on how strong your stomach is, acid content, etc.
I take it on an empty stomach all the time

I used to take it all the time on an empty stomach...and it completely eroded my stomach lining, giving me ulcers :(
I think once or twice is fine..it took years of doing that for the ulcers to develop but you really should have food with it.
