I don't know which are the best. My gyno prescribed Duet to me. I haven't taken them yet though. I am however taking 800 mcg of Folic Acid, in addition to my multi vitamin which already has 400 mcg of it.

I was taking Prima care- They were good kinda big but really easy to swallow. Sorta tasted like white chocolate!

I too was taking Prima Care. I found that the taste bothered my stomach. I hear that CVS has a really good over-the-counter prenatal.

i got over the counter from gnc- just want to say after i started taking them i was feeling naseaus and that was because i was taking it on an empty stomach, and they are huge horse pills- be careful

Me Too... they do taste like white chocolate!!!! When I opened them I made FH smell, b/c the bottle smells like Easter!!!
My Dr. said she likes these b/c they are good for brain and eye development....

Me too, but just the Citrical - I don't know what DHA is....
