I can't believe people OR My crazy night
Last night my mom and fh picked me up from work and we were driving home, as we got off the L-I-E, we saw a large pile of garbage that was up against 2 garages in flames and the garages were starting to catch fire We stopped and called 911 and tried to wake people up from thei houses because they didn't know!
SOOO many people drove by and we were the only ones who stopped! We tried to wake the people up, but most of them didn't even answer the door!
Anyway, it turned out to be a 3 alarm fire, and when we left they were still cutting into the garage roof trying to get all of the fire out. A few more minutes and the cars might have set fire! 
As far as I know, no one was hurt, I hope the firemen were ok.
Moral of the story, if someone rings your bell at 1am, at least look out the window..
Then on the wya home some guy playing with his cellphone rear ended us.

What a night! I'm glad you guys are okay and that no one else was hurt. By the way, do you even realize you said LIW, not LIE?

I'm really glad we stopped..even though people didn't actualyl answer the door until they heard sirens, I mean, imagine ..god forbid...not knowing your garage was on fire!
