I think things are starting to happen!
I have been having annoying menstral like cramps since last night but now they are starting to take my breath away. I haven't started really truly timing them yet but they seem to be coming anyway where from 3-8minutes. I'm thinking I'm in early labor now!
Also wanted to mention it took me about 10minutes to type this message due contractions. Talk about an LIF addict!

Ok so I took a nice long hot shower which helped a little bit. The contractions are starting to travel to my back now too so the hot water felt good.
Now should I wake up DH (not sure how much help he can be right now) or let him sleep?

Some seem to be as close as 2minutes and others as far as 10min.

When they start getting into more of a pattern of the same amount of time is when you should call your DR. Unless it is like 20 minutes apart, then you can still wait. When it is rhythmically 10 minutes or less apart KWIM. If you feel nervous wake his azz up so he can keep you calm. This is so exciting!!

A shower will help with pain relief so you may not have felt a few of them. I learned it Bradley & used it for both pregnancies. They call it a "liquid epidural".
This is it!! You're going to meet your baby!!!

I was told by my Dr and the lamaze teacher when they lock in at 5 min apart for at least an hour to call.

THis sounds like it is it!! I had bad menstrual camps for like 2 days before I went into full labor and had her 6 hours later!
