A random thought about Desperate Housewives
I was thinking about Desperate Housewives this weekend (why I have no idea). The show started off as housewives who were desperate for one thing or another in their marriages and life. The show has tried to add so many twists and turns I feel like it has steered away from the original idea of it - almost no one is a housewife!
- Susan - divorced, so not a house"wife"
- Edie - not even married, so definitely not a housewife
- Bree - widowed, so not really a housewife
- Betty Applewhite - not married, so not a housewife
- Gabrielle - possibly getting a divorce, so she won't be a house"wife" anymore
- Lynette - almost left Tom, but she is the only true housewife left (although she went back to work, so isn't a housewife someone who doesn't work? I thought so anyway)
Just wanted to share - I thought it was funny how the show has strayed so much by making so many crazy twists and turns, there's hardly even any actual housewives on it anymore!

I know
the same could be said about real housewives of OC
Jo- wasn't married
laurie and the other worked in insurance
and the jeana? was a real esate agent- and one of the best in OC
they only one who was a housewife was the skinny one with the skin cancer scare
