student loans
I will be finishing my masters degree next year. I just spoke to ACS, who orginiated my loans, and the number they gave me for what the monthly payments will be just didn't sound right at all. If I pay them that amount, the loans will be paid off in about 7 years. I always thought you had a lot more time than that to pay off student loans. All of them are Stafford Loans. Does anyone know of anywhere to consolidate or do something that lowers the monthly payments?

Re: student loans
Try Sallie Mae. They do loan consolidations.
I also used ACS to consolidate my loans. Make sure they're giving you either a 20 year or 30 year (if that is what you want) loan. Some places may automatically give you a shorter loan.
