Leg cramp
so last night i finally experinced the dreaded leg cramp that I hear so much about. I was actually on the floor crying to DH as he rubbed it. and unlike normal leg cramps, this sucker last about 10-15 mins.
Just another FUN aspect of Pregnancy i guess.

Yea, they TOTALLY ****! I've had them about 6x throughout my pg. Try to drink lots of fluids, because I've heard that cramps are caused by dehydration.

Try eating a banana a day for potassium but leg cramps can also be dehydration so make sure you up your water intake too. I had a horrid one the other night too, they're so painful.

I did walk around the livingroom several times. Its just so weird because when I got these in the past (not PG), they only lasted a minute or two. This was killer.
