Stupid job description question...
When they list:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance (or equivalent)
What does "equivalent" mean? Equivalent work experience in the same number of years as the degree? Or equivalent Bachelor's Degree in a different major?
I can't believe I've never questioned this before. I feel stupid even asking.

i bellieve it has to do with experience. if for example you have like 8 or 10 years experience but no degree, that is the equivalent!
