Anyone on WW and still hungry after you eat???
I cant take this, I am always hungry. in a matter of 1 hour after eating stomach growls again. How do you guys do it?

Sometimes I am and try to drink extra water, which helps. Most times, though, it is due to what I am eating. If I get some protein in at each meal and try to eat whole grain products, rather than white flour products, they fill me up a lot more and I don't get hungry as quickly. For example, if I eat corn flakes for breakfast, forget it - I am hungry in an hour. But if I eat Kashi or another cereal with a lot of fiber in it, it keeps me full longer. I also try to eat healthy snacks in between, so I don't get so hungry that my 6 -8 pts for a meal isn't enough.
It also takes time to see what works for you. There are people in my meeting who never eat cereal for breakfast - they say no matter what type they eat, they are hungry within an hour or two. So they eat egg whites on toast, or a whole wheat english muffin with a little peanut butter or yogurt and fruit, etc. If you journal what time you get hungry along with what you ate, you may notice that certain foods are just not satisfying your hunger enough. And bulk things up with extra veggies whenever you can

pickles, green beans, small 1 point bag of preztels.
I ususally pack green beans, then if i am hungry I pull them out, if I don't feel like eating them, I know I am not REALLY hungry, just craving something bad.

thank you, I will need it, I just ordered the nutrisystem, Im very lazy when it comes to cooking and having food in the house. DH works late so he is never home for dinner, so Im on my own. I will try this I pray it works cause it was not cheap! But in the long run it is.

Try drinking water before your meal.
