I don't think it's a big deal you didn't add the names. I don't think I would have noticed if you didn't say it. I have seen it both ways.

I think the real issue is how wide of a distribution are you sending this to? If I got this in the mail and hadn't seen your baby, I wouldnt know who's baby she was (no last name).
Make sure your last name is in the return address.

We are sending it to mostly family members and a couple of friends. I would say that 99% of them know we had her.
Our return address labels have our full names on them, so I hope that is enough.
Maybe depending on how they are when I get them, maybe I will sign them.

I think its great!
Also if you really want to make sure you've covered all bases you can print out a label to put to the back of it that just says proud parents: so and so or something like that. I don't know if this is tacky -- but it's an idea.
