BCP question
Ok, so I just took my last pill this past Saturday and I have my period this week. How do I start counting my cycle days? I want to start counting them for the next few months, just to see how my cycles are. Do I start counting the days with the start of this period?

I also just stopped taking them 2 weeks ago.
The first day of your period is cycle day 1.
So yes, Sunday is CD#1.
It would be great to start taking your temp every morning so you can actually pinpoint the day you Ovulate as well..

The day of full flow blood is CD #1. Spotting is actually the end of the previous cycle. So if you have full flow , you are cd 1 :)
