stupid question... re: breast milk and pumping
how do i defrost the frozen bm i pumped? Do i just put the container in a pot of water or do i leave it out to defrost? sorry i know its a silly question

If you know you're going to need it ahead of time they recommend putting it in the fridge overnight to let it defrost a little.
