sciatic pain in lower back on rt side???

my first real complaint over the past almost-30 weeks.....

it all started yesterday - kind of like I sat funny or something but it hurts randomly....does any one else have this and how do you lessen it? I found stretching out my back a little helps....supposedly heat will too according to my "what to expect when you're expecting" book.....my dh has also been great by kinda grinding his fist into the small of my back (sounds painful but its awesome!!)

To get rid of that I would get on all 4's and arch my back up. That pain stinks!

I had this too - and even still get it after having Ali.
Even though I never did it - someone told me to put a tennis ball on the spot that hurts and sit down, they said it helps.
