Silly temp/charting question
When do you take your temperature if you hit the snooze button in the morning?
Do you do take it when the 1st alarm goes off? or the 2nd... which in my case is 20 min. later.
I've been taking it after the 2nd alarm...

My snooze is goes off about 7 minutes after the first. I sometimes take it with both - 10 minutes is not going to change much.
I am not sure about how 20 minutes will affect it.
I think if it was me - If you seem to be taking the temp with the second alarm, I would take it then. But lets hear what the other girls have to say.

then I continue to snooze :)

My moring goes like this
First alarm goes off
grab thermometer and put in mouth
hit snooze
thermometer beeps wake me back up
throw thermometer on night stand
hit snooze
hot snooze
wake up and look at temp.

I think you have a grace period of up to an hour for temp taking. Not sure if that means an hour before or after the waking temperature, or if it's within an hour of it (30mins each way - before/after).

Yup! I was always told it has to be as soon as you are awake and try not to move much until you get a reading. That's why my thermometer is always on the nightstand.

I just hate that it takes like 4 min to get my temp!!  Why isn't it quicker????

Supposedly the Eckerd thermometer doesn't take that long. I am thinking about buying one for the next cycle.

So today was my first day taking it after the 1st alarm. I fell asleep and the beeping woke me up 
I have the purple CVS one. I'll have to check out the quicker Eckerd one!!
