Today is my Birthday and....
I just was thinking, that if DH and I try for a 2nd, I will be 35 and by the time that baby is born I will be almost 36  . When I was younger, I never thought I would be an "older" mom. My mom had my younger brother when she was 32 and when he was growing up she was always the oldest mom (compared to his friend's moms). And here I am I just had my 1st at 33 and if I have a 2nd I will be 35.
ok, now I am depressed

Aww, Happy Birthday! Mine is tomorrow.
Don't worry about having a baby at 36. My best friend is having her second at 36. It's a lot more common now than it was when we were kids. So many of us had careers before we decided to have families.

I am in the same boat as you but don't be depressed... There are many people having children later in life nowadays. Everyone in my classes is over 30 and are having there first child...

First Happy Birthday, and second 35 is not old. I find so many more woman now wait until there 30's to have children. Don't let this get you down!!!

Happy birthday!!! Don't dwell on the age thing! There are soooo many women now who are giving birth to their first child in their 40's!

Don't be depressed I jsut had my first one at 31 and I am now 32 getting married when I am 33 and then going to try for a 2nd o ne and I will be around 35 when my second pops out.
When I was younger I thought I would be done with having children by this age but these days is more common now to have a child in your 30's then it was a few years ago so really don't be depressed

Don't be depressed. I'm 36 and only on my first. You're fine, and everything will be fine with your baby. Besides the experience and stability you've gained, you will also have more patience with your babies in your thirties.

Thank you again. I had a nice day, went to dinner with my parents, my brother's girlfriend, DH & Hayley (we went to Good Steer.... YYYUUUUMMMM) then had ice cream cake and got lots of nice presents.
