Two vague questions

Hello. Okay, this is in reference to two different homes.

First - approximately how much does it cost to put up new siding on a one level house, the entire house? If there is some wood on the outside, some vinyl? Or...how much does it cost to just paint over it, to make it one color?

Second - How much does it cost to blow out the first floor of one side of a house? (goal would be to make the 3 bedrooms on that side of the house bigger)

I know these are general questions, but any info would be helpful. Thanks so much!

your questions are too vague for me to give an answer but maybe these websites can help. You should bring a tape measure when you look at houses so you have sq footage of the projects you are considering
