I think wearing flip flops all the time are not good

In the summer I practically live in flip flops, but now i have this horrible pain on the top part of my feet. I think the flip flops are too flat with no support. Sometimes, my feet hurt so bad that I have a hard time walking. Time to start wearing my sneakers. Anyone else ever experience this?

Wearing them all the time is NOT good. My sister's arch basically collapsed from wearing them daily. The foot dr. had to build it up again.

That's why I wear the Teva flips. They have arch support and are soooo comfy!

When I wear the flat ones from Old Navy or somewhere I get the same pain.

But I went all summer in my Tevas and no pain at all!

I've been getting the same pain too! I was actually so relieved today to put on real shoes!

You definitely don't want to mess up your arches. You'll get all kinds of knee and back pain (trust me, I have to go to a podiatrist in 2 weeks and get orthotics made because of my flat feet!)

I only wear them on weekends when it's warm out. I can definitely see that it would not be good for your feet to wear them all the time. most of them have zero support.

I cant wear them to work so I dont wear them all the time but I dont see how it can be worse than no shoes at all.
