Wine Question
I have a bottle of unopened wine in the fridge. I want to take it out and put it in a wine rack. Can I then put it back in the fridge to get cold next time I need to? Or will it get skunked like beer, and I should just leave it in there?

You should never put it in the fridge and then take it back down to room temp. It will get skunked.

As per DH, wine will go bad with the change in temps. Keep it in the fridge.
