Getting my HSG done today...UPDATE
and what happens. I get a call from the lab at 7:30 am telling me that according to my insurace company my Dr. never ordered the test, and I havent' been at her office in a while .
Are they freaking serious. I've been there once a week for three weeks now!!!
I am soooooo angry at my dr's office and can't wait until 9 so that I can rip someone a new hole!!!!
UPDATE:
Well, it was cancelled. Any why you might ask...because according to them if we bd'd anytime during my cycle there was a chance of me being pg. Today is cd 8 and we last bd on cd4. He is telling me that I could have o'd and fertilized an egg on cd4?? Is he freaking serious. They make me get naked, then ask questions...whatever. Now I have to wait ANOTHER MONTH to have this g@d forsaken test.
I was pizzed off, then decided to give it a try naturally since I will O sometime in the next week. So what do I do, I go to CVS and buy the CBE fertility monitor. I spend $200 just to read and find out that you need to start this testing at the BEGINNING of your cycle.
I can't win at the baby thing....

Sorry about that! That's frustrating!
Good luck with your test. Remeber to take some Advil and wear not so nice underwear (the iodine can be messy)

oh man, that sux. I am so sorry  We had to refrain from BD'ing a week before the test. Have fun this month and put the pills aside for next month!

why didn't the doctor tell you NO BDing prior to the test? I would be so upset. I am really sorry.

right? when I had mine done, I had to wait 7 days from when I got AF, took the blood test and then 5 days from the blood test I had the HSG, they told me NO BDing b/c the purpose of the blood test prior is to make sure you are NOT pg b/c it is radiation the HSG. low and behold that was the month I conceived( after doing the HSG) . wish they told you. good luck in 1 month and baby dust to you!
