WW girls.. core or flex plan?
i have done ww before i did flex and liked it i tried core but i thinhk i was overeating. what do you prefer and why and what doyou eattypically?

I do the flex plan. I tried Core and found that it was too restrictive for me in terms of what I could eat and that it was too flexible in terms of quantity of food. My success on Flex is attributed to eating what I want, when I want in controlled quantities.

I prefer Flex for the flexibility. I did do Core a couple of times, when I didn't have many social events to go to. I had good losses with core, but found it tough to stick to just core foods on the weekend.

Hi, I'm new to this board, but I've been doing Flex since Feb. Have lost 33.6 pounds as of today.
I like flex sooooo much better, I can not do core - I don't know when I'm full.

I've done both and have had more success with Core. Once you get accustomed to the foods you can/can't eat, it's actually quite simple. Once I get to my goal weight, I'll probably switch off between the two plans.

Flex-I like being able to eat anything I want (of course, in limited quantities). If I am really craving a brownie-I can eat it, I just have to make up for it via flex points or throughout the day. I can't live with out my brownies.
