Heart palpitations

I have been having heart palpitations for a couple days now. It is every day quite often during the day. I called the doctor she said it is normal but if it is continuous they send you to a cardiologist. Do you think it could be from coffee? I stopped drinking it when I became pregnant but this past week I have been having a 12oz cup like twice a week because I am so tired. To me it doesn’t seem like that little amount of coffee could cause that. What do you think?

I get heart palpatations when I have an anxiety attack- caffeine def make it worse for me, I dont drink any at all... I think that could be it. I wouldnt drink any and see how it goes, and also remeber even decaf has some caffeine in it- I cant even have that!

I think it could definitely be from the caffeine. I know I get them when I have too much caffeine, even if it's just a little more than normal. Try without and see what happens.

Thanks. I called the doctor because I started to feel really dizzy and nauseous and she has me going to a cardiologist.
