For those expecting a girl

what did they show u during the sonogram to confirm that is was a - they showed us these three lines and then these other three dots that u would not see if it was a boy.

of course when she moved it did not appear that there was a little wee wee either - we are soooo nervous that god forbid they were wrong!!!

just wanted to see if everyone was told or shown the same...

we got an up close and personal view (kinds like she was sitting on a glass table and we were looking up! ) - I was still worried she would be a boy - and still kinda am b/c everything is so girlish that we have...but they confirm it for me every time I have a sono so my fears are starting to go down! (besides I have my dh whose quote to me when I expressed my concern was "look, I have been looking for that my whole life, I know what I see when i see it! ")

That was more than we got to see! I couldn't tell whatsoever and I was looking for the "hamburger" or the "jewels". The sono-tech said it was a girl but I didn't really believe it until the perinatalogist confirmed it when she came in for the 2nd half of the sono.

Just in case, we are painting the room a light green. It will be easier to switch out the bedding than it will be to re-paint if they happen to be wrong.

we got to see the three lines as well and no parts for a boy so they are saying def girl but It makes me nervous as well.

That's the view we got - it was a great view. I also had a 3D sono which showed even MORE detail that the baby was a
