I tried a new yoga studio last night!
...and I really liked it. It was a power yoga class. If anyone is looking for a nice yoga class in/near Smithtown, Amba Yoga is really good! Only thing is that they don't have the class I want in July and August...so I may only go through June and test out someplace else over summer.

$5 for your first class....and you get like 6 classes for $50. I go Tuesdays at 6:45. It's on Middle Country Road, 321.

I have been going on Saturday monrings, but all the other times I can't go because of work.
I would like to do yoga another day, like a Tuesday or Wednesday night after work.

Hmmm...check the schedule. www.ambayoga.com. I like Vinyasa Flow because it is power yoga and you get a nice workout.
