Ive been trying to set my pics. I was able to do it the first time and now I cant do it at all. I thought you go into my family set profile and click browse on pics avatar but still nothing is coming up. Am I doing something wrong?

avatars are automatically resized....
it has to be a jpg or gif, i'm pretty sure
