Is it $330k or $340k. Yesterday it was $330k as per your post, but I think the interest increased the price.

Hi guys, my friend told me to list it at $340, the $330 was my typo. I'm sorry. I was trying to post the house fast because the baby was crying and I just didnt proof it.
My neighbor's house sold for about the same for 2 BR...guess it depends on the house.
I don't know the school district but if anyone is interested in contacting my friends who are selling the house, their names are Pete & Sue and their email address is: [email protected]
I know they wont be online for a couple of days but she said she will respond to any emails ASAP.

$340k for 2 bedroom??
I live in a 2-bedroom in E Npt that we bought for 339k. Pretty typical for Long Island, and actually a decent price for my neighborhood.

My friend and his fiance looked at the house this weekend. They said it was very cute - but one bedroom was upstairs and the other was in the basement apartment.
He thought both bedrooms were upstairs......Thats what I thought from the ad too....

My mother-in-law was interested however, I was told the following on Wednesday of last week by the homeowner...
I just got a letter from the Town of Babylon today - I was getting a c/o for my shed, they told me no problem at that time - apparently now I need a varience which might take up to 6 months. I wanted let you know just in case if you could not wait that long. Let me know if you still want to
see the house.
