Thanks for sharing that. It is true though. We just keep getting more and more information of what not to do but not all doctors give the same advice. Then you get worried if you might have done something wrong. Look at our parents they didn't know half of this stuff and we all turned out just fine.

I believe in everything in moderation, don't smoke and take your vitamins.

I found it interesting because in the UK our pregnancies are dealt with very hands off, we only see midwives and have 12 and 20 week scans, after your 20 week, we are on our own until around 30 weeks, when we see a midwife fortnightly (thats every two weeks) We do no glucose tests, we have no internals...if you are low risk, its very much hands off. Which for me, was fantastic...but if you have a problem at all, the maternity ward will take you in right away and check you out.

Anyway, wanted to share!
