Girlies....Beach Yoga every Saturday in August at 6:15 AM!
Free!!! Kathleen (teacher) is kindly offering her yogi expertise every Sat. morning in August for free...(free as far as I know right now). At Sunken Meadow Beach on the platform off the boardwalk. I can't say I'll make it each weekend but I'll try!
One hour, 15 minutes of Vinyasa Flow. Bring a mat, towel, and water. It gets MAD hot, yo.

It is early...but when we start at 6:45 it's already WAY too warm. And full of passersby heckling us and asking "What is that? Where are you from?!" LOL.
