Girls 30+ weeks...
When you walk/excercise do you feel the baby "dropping"?
I do. It feel like a sharp pain then goes away pretty quickly. I heard the walking is great for getting dialated and getting the baby low. Is this true? Thanks!

I heard the same thing. At 38 weeks, I am trying to walk as much as possible to get things going, but it's hard with sciatica, swollen feet and heel pain.

Re: Girls 30+ weeks...
I haven't experienced that - but this kid is so LOW, there's no where for it to drop!

Re: Girls 30+ weeks...
When I've walked for long, I've noticed that I would feel increased pressure below my belly button... is that the same feeling as 'dropping'?

Re: Girls 30+ weeks...
I don't walk anymore because any amount of walking gives me really bad pelvic soreness
