oh ok. I just read it as Division ave is bad. It says its Levittown School there.

According to the map, it's a great location for schools- between Northside Elementary and Division. I grew up around the block from Abbey Lane but Salk and MacA were a PITA because it was a long walk.

That's b/c it's listed as "Good" and has a comment about it being good for a handy person. Usually that means it should be torn down 
So in actuality, $339k for property ain't so cheap

Nothing wrong with a little updating. It is a good way to get to know your house...I spent my day after work spackling the master bedroom in my house and the bathroom.....My brother in law put up the cement board in the shower and I taped and spackled it....Now tomorrow he may be able to start tiling....Im tired.....
Back to the subject....The price is really good for a levitt cape, and the property looks like a nice size...If you dont mind getting your hands dirty, and you are looking for a starter house, I say go for it.
