Tomorrow is my 1st trimester U/S
Is there anything different about it than a regular u/s? Anything thing I should know or ask?
I have to admit I'm so nervous - I don't have any pregnancy symptoms and I'm always thinking something is wrong.

Charly do u mean your ultrascreen test for downs?
They usually tell you right there how everything looks (as far as the sono part) and then the doctor should have the blood test results a few days later..

Yes. My doctor is sending me to a perinatologist. I'm glad he'll tell me right there, I hate waiting!!!

I didnt even realize they tell you right there..
When i talked to my doc a few days after he gave me the statistic numbers and he was telling me how the blood part came back great..
I was like " what about the sono part?" He said " oh didnt they tell you there that everyhting looked real good?"
I said Yes, they told me everything looked great but I thought they just were saying that not to scare me and that YOU would tell me the results..
He said No, when they told u everything looked great, they meant what they were looking for as far as the downs stuff wasnt there..
Phew....Had I known that I would of walked out feeling less nervous that day..lol

I had this test last week and got great sono pics of the baby. The doctor who did the test told me that everything looked fine, but I still haven't heard the official results from my doctor. I called for the resluts on Friday, but the office was closed for the day at 3:00 PM.
