ovulating question

So i have long cycles, like 38-46 days, and today is CD18 and i got a DARK ovulation line on my OPK. Does that mean i should get AF in 12-14 days? b/c that would be CD32 or CD33 and i cant remember the last time i got AF that early. Is it possible i am ovulating early if my normal cycles are longer? this is so confusing!

I guess it is possible. But, do you have any other health issues. I had long cycles previously 35-38 days and for the past 3 months, my cycles are now 24-28 days. This year I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I was told that could of been a reason why I wasn't ovulating regularly. Since they put me on synthroid, I have been regular.

Also, you may want to see if you have PCOS. With PCOS, irregular and long periods and lack of ovulation is one indicator. Sometimes you may have the bleeding and not ovulate at all.
