Spinoff - Health Insurance - just a question

I was renewing our health insurance in January and I was talking to the broker at our association and she said that NYS is one of the states where people don't get a physical for insurance and if we lived in a state that does do physicals we could be paying a lot lower. Does anyone know the states where you do get a physical to determine your insurance costs because what we pay (although it's a deduction) makes me sick!

I don't know what state you get physicals in... but if you're healthy I would think your insurance should be less than that of an unhealthy person IMO
It's disgusting how much we pay for insurance every month and we still have a $25 copay everytime we go to the Dr.. and my BC costs alot, and so do most of the prescriptions still!! We've spent soo much $$ in the last couple weeks with the kids being sick
