does anyone know anything about if/how high stress effects fat storage?
or how anything effects fat storage. over the past few years, my body has changed in the way it stores fat. I can't figure out why, and I want it to change back!

Cortisol is released when you're stressed. Here's an article about cortisol and weight gain, and what you can do:

This is a great article.
I have a friend who eats healthy and exercises but is still having a hard time losing weight and I seriously think it is because of all the stress in her life (she has alot of stress and she tries so hard to deal with it, but I think it catches up).
I'd love to send her this article, but I don't want to offend her.
