I think there is something, companies that arent self funded and have more than a certain number of employees must provide I think 10K in coverage. However, it does not have to cover IVF. It can just cover IUI. IT has been more than a year since I was looking into this so I could be wrong.
ETA: I found this site, it explaons the mandate well
