Baby Avacado, I am doing it......
.... this Thursday I will be getting the Japanese Hair Straightening.
I am so nervous. I am just scared my hair will fall out.....
But, after the year I had (my health wasn't that great) that life is too short to not take chances. If I could get over my fear of snakes and put a super duper python around my neck(yes, I did it and the damn thing molested me ) then I could do this.

I'm considering having it done as well. (I need a quick way to do my hair once this baby is born.)
What's parking like at/near the salon?
Does you hair still have volume? My biggest fear is that my hair will end up looking flat. 
Did you have any breakage?

The first day...it was so stick straight I was like I would like a *little* volume... but after the first wash, I got some volume back and I was very happy.
There was actually plenty of meter parking right on the main road. I got there 10am on a Sat and I had no trouble finding parking. Other times of day during the week though, I don't know.
No breakage yet, as far as I can tell...though I haven't gone back to my regular stylist yet. I'll tell you this though - before the straightening I used to lose hair in giant clumps whenever I washed (post partum or not) and now...barely a few strands...that's got to be a good thing, right?

Yes, please post pics! I'm considering getting it done too. So sick of my curly hair. I have to wait until after October to do it though.
