Dryer question???
Hi. I was cleaning my dryer filter when I looked down where the filter goes and there was mounds of lint and dust-I did my best to remove all of it--well there was a piece of like foam down there too-I took it out, does anyone know if that belongs down there or I was suppose to take it out-I am unsure if I did the right thing, but it was covered with lint--Thanks so much if anyone can guide me in the right direction--Also how do you clean your dryer??

i have NO clue!!
ours broke the day after we moved in and we had to buy brand new ones, so i havent enountered that yet! good luck!!

Thanks, I am nervous now that I broke it!! It was so gross though and I am sure it wasn't too safe with all that mess-:)

im sure it's ok... just turn it on and see what happens... if it starts smoking, you know you have a problem, if not, it's all good...
