Im 15 weeks and have a question (job related)

I want to try and stay where I am until baby comes in January. I hate to say, Im not too happy where I am. I love my kids there, but, the money, and the 'higer ups" are pushing buttons.
Would it be silly to send out my resume now? Would it be worth it to maybe look for a temp job?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
