Double Hospital Visit

So yesterday was my 1 day Lamaze class at Good Sam. It was actually pretty good. DH and I were mad when we found out that it wasn't actually required even though thats what we were told by the hospital. Figures they want to make money.

Anyway, after about 7 hours there, we wound up there 4 hours later.

I am 32 weeks and was having some uncomfortable cramping for most of the day also with some back pain.

By the time 6:30 rolled around, the pain was so unbearable and it was radiating on both sides. I called the DR and they told me to get monitored. So we head back. I felt like i never left there.

Anyway I get hooked up to the machine, give urine, get blood and an IV and am released about 2 1/2 hours later.

Turns out I was dehydrated.

Even when I was getting the cramping I tried to drink more water, but I guess I didn't succeed.

Anyway...Good Sam nurses were wonderful for the 3 hrs I was there. And I'm home and everything is normal.

Glad you're ok! It's so hard to stay hydrated, especially with this weather.
