Need Help with Laundry Area- Edited on First Post- Do you think this will work?
DH and I own a split. Our laundry area is on the ground level, along with our family room. Its basically in the same room (i have pics to explain). Anyway, I hate that when I'm doing laundry, it is out in the open and there are clothes all over the floor. I am looking for something nice to put the laundry in while I'm doing it- not a plastic laundry basket, but something nicer. Maybe a wicker basket hamper- but would like something maybe with sections so I can sort the laundry out in there. I have pics so you guys can see what I'm talking about. I'm having a really hard time finding something! Thanks!
This is facing the laundry area, with my back to the family room.

This is coming down the stairs- laundry area is to the right, family room is to the left.

I was thinking that I could get something to go on this wall- and the tape/dvd tower is getting thrown out.

Also- there used to be a store attached to the Walt Whitman mall that had storage solutions- but I cant find the name of it- does anyone know it? TIA!
ETA- What about this- do you think would work?

This is also from PB you can probaby put it above the sorter. Or even on the other wall where the light switch is.

I think the wicker hamper would look great too. Anyone who sees it is not going to think it's a hamper.

I would get one of those room divider screens.
eta: The hamper you posted would be perfect... it doesn't look like a hamper!!!

This is similar to what I have. It is wicker and covered but you can also sort the clothes since it is divided. Image Attachment(s):
