We Signed The Contracts!
After weeks of going back and forth with these people we have finally signed the contracts! Now instead of me  and being all giddy I think I am closer to  tears. Ahhhh, I thought it be more exciting but no it isn't. I had more fun looking at houses! And that was a pain in the a$$! Anyhow,just had to share and will post pictures after the walk through. Both parties are pushing for a quick quick closing. They b/c they are moving out of state, Us, b/c I am due in August. BTW, the house is in Lindenhurst, so those of you who live there, here I come!

Congrats!!! We signed our contracts the other day and the sellers just signed yesterday.
I know its exciting, tiring, and overwhelming all at the same time.
