one good thing i learned at the dr yesterday was....
i havent gained any weight in a about 3 weeks.. YAY a total of 34 lbs. i had wnated to stay below 35.. talk about cutting it close ...This past week off i havent even watched what i ate, i guess just the stress of waiting or whatever .. so i was happy about something.
