Anyone know if you can pay LIPA bill with credit card?
I tried with their 1800 number for billing and it didn't seem to have an option for it. TIA.

Thanks.  I need to charge $1500 more on my credit card to get free tix to Universal with my points, so I am trying to charge everything. That's surprising you can't.

when i first moved in to the condo i got a bill saying i was late in payment and i freaked...
called to do a CC payment...
they don't let you...
Stuid azzes did get my payment...just applied it to the wrong account

can you charge your fuel/oil?? Or how about fill up your car with gas a couple of times, THAT should be $1500 in NO TIME!

LOL I'm charging my gas and DH's, and even our grocery bills add up! Our oil is included in our monthly condo charges, which we can't charge. I did our optimum stuff...I want to make sure we spend it and have enough time to get our free tickets before we go to Florida!

You can pay online but only with your bank account. So that doesn't help you. I use the American Express Cash Rebate card and get cash back on purchases. I used it last week to pay my reception location and then pay it right off and still get cash back. I used to have the American Express blue card and they give great rewards as well. I would get free movie tickets and gift certificates all the time.

Hmm...I'm going to look into that! As soon as I get my free tix I am cancelling this card because the rewards were not great.

I considered that but am all paid up for 6 mos! I may do DH's car payments, that's a good idea! I tried for student loans but can't do that.
