getting ready for fall
When do you start putting your fall decorations up/out.
What do you usually use to decorate?
This year my MIL bought me some beautiful Pumpkin candle holders from Illuminations...I can't wait to put them out!

I have a cute scarecrow that I want to put out. I think I am going to wait until it is actually fall... is that Sept 22nd? I will put my stuff out at the end of September.

last week in Sept...
we ride out wast and get our pumpkins and decorations....they are everywhere

Would you believe I am already seeing Haloween Decorations in front of people houses.
There is a house on Jerusalem in Merrick that has all the blown up characters for Haloween in front of there house...It looks ridiculous....TOO Early

I planted all of my marigolds in the early summer and they are HUGE now.

I think the 4th week in September I'll plant mums.
Then once October hits, I'll do all my Halloween decorations. I don't have too many yet but I did buy some nice stuff at mace a few weeks ago. I love the fall.
