Alex slept sooooooooooooooo much at first... part of it was because she was jaundice, and part of it is just how newborns are... but at about 4 weeks she stopped napping so sweetly... enjoy it while you can!!

Our daughter had jaundice so we had to feed her every two hours when we brought her home. It was so rough.

Isabella slept for her first 3-4 weeks of life. My DH and I said it felt like we didn't have a child Chat Icon
Then she woke up! Just kidding...
Enjoy it...some babies never sleep!

Our baby was jaundice too- we would wake her to eat and she would go right back to sleep in the beginning.

She doesn't sleep ALL the time, just most of the time.

Frankie sleeps hardly never... I feel like he is always in my arms. I thank the Lord when he takes a 3 hr nap. He is only 3 weeks old. At night though, he tends to be better with sleeping which I love. I will feed him at 11:30pm and he then gets up at 3:30am and then again at 6 am. I think that is pretty good for a 3 week old. I cheat though, at night he gets formula in addition to breastfeed... keeps that belly a little fuller longer. Chat Icon
