What a horrible day...
I had to restrain one of my students today....on the 4th day of school...
and he bit me while I was doing so....
it didn't break the skin or anything but just the fact that he'd do it got me so upset...
And then on the way home on the Jackie Robinson traffic came to a stand still. I was stopped and the guy in back of me wasn't paying attention and rear-ended me really hard.
Then as I put the car into park, turned on the hazards and got out to talk to him he decided to drive away ...
I didn't get his license plate number or anything.
It PISSES me off so bad that a guy would totally smash into my car, the one that has a "BABY ON BOARD" sticker on it for crying out loud, and a carseat in the back seat ... and would just drive away.
Luckily the damage to my car was minimal since I have an SUV and he had a tiny honda .... but it still ****** me off so bad.
I don't want to go back to work on monday...

Meliissa I am sorry you had a bad day. I am sure you felt better when you saw Emily's smiling face. I know that that is what helps me afater a bad day - my kids smiles.

The crazy thing was that his car was really messed up. His hood was completely bent up. My car has rubber bumpers without paint on them .... it's a Ford Escape --- so my car has very little damage ....

he probably didn't have insurance or a license- a similar thing happened to my sister in HS
the kid hit her and her friend and then took off- he did get caught

Horrible is an understatement! What a complete jerk the Chimpanzee was that rear ended you! With all the Karma talk this week maybe,just maybe he'll get exactly what he deserves! Wow a kid bit you! Are your rabies shots up to date? I hope tomorrow is a better day for you..

I am just glad you are ok. my sister was rear-ended on the parkway a few weeks ago, little damage too. but what an arse!Hope you have a better weekend.
