My lower back keeps hurting me like menstrual cramps and my stomach hurts. I don't think they are contracts but I just feel uncomfortable.

lol I just saw I wrote contracts instead of contractions. That is how I felt before I couldn't even concentrate. Well the pains stopped!  I don't know what the heck is going on. I thought that was it.

Sounds like you may go into labor soon. I had the same radiating pain in my lower back and then tightness in my stomach. It started 2 days before I went into full labor. Start keeping track of the start and end times.
