for those with low back pain and tail bone hurting!
I'm just 30 weeks and my tailbone tends to hurt BAD when I sit for more than 30 minutes - any suggestions? any certain pillows help? I sit a lot at work and am going back next week after bed rest this week

Do you have a Boppy? Maybe you can sit on that? or some other "doughnut" shaped thing? I never had this but read in Girlfriend's guide to PG, that those kind of cushions can help.

A Boppy definately helps. I didn't have tailbone pain before giving birth but afterwards I had trouble sitting for a month

Boppy makes a pregnancy pillow for sitting on. I have it and it works so well. I'll see if I can find a picture.
