We paid for ours. My MIL plans on reimbursing us for the changing station, and my mom plans on giving the crib $$ back to us.

we will pay for it. my parents will get me a glider, if we buy it with the rest of the furniture they will give us $$ towards it. DH's parents want to contribute but we are thinking $$ towards something will be easier because we can find the better deals...
i don't think we will have a registry, i'm not really crazy about them...

nobody has said anything yet and all these places seem to take 10-12 weeks to order things so I guess we're paying for it ourselves. I'm curious for all those people answering that their parents or in laws are paying how did the subject come up.

That is exactly what I am thinking. I have a feeling my parents might help us pay for it, but I don't know.
