TI takes a little time to get over that, maybe a week. Drink lots of water and fruit and vegies. My latest find is wasa crakers, very filling.

Thanks. I was ok yesterday but today I am so hungry.... I have like the hunger headache... Drinking lots of water.

Drink lots of water. I found herbal teas (all different flavors, naturally decafinated) to satisfy hunger pains or dessert cravings (3 p.m. or 9 p.m. hour is when I'm looking for something)

Make sure you eat all of your points and eat slowly, I found that helped a lot.
Like if I am eating 4 oz of grilled chicken and 1/3 cup brown rice for dinner - I'll eat veggies in between the bites. Small bite of chicken, a piece of broccoli, small bite of rice, 2 pieces of broccoli. It helps to "fill you".

It gets better with time. For me I found that fiber will keep keep me full longer. Apples, broccoli, high fiber bread and cereal, strawberries. Plus you get the added benefit of moving stuff along through your system.
