Question for teachers...mortgage programs
Have you ever heard of or know anyone who used the "no cost" union mortgage loan programs for teachers through Members National Mortgage? They said they've advertised in NYSUT magazines.
I have some information on it but don't know of anyone who has used it. Thanks for any info. you may have! I know it helps with closing costs but I don't know if it's all that it's cracked up to be on paper.
DH and I have a regular mortgage broker that we've used before and are very comfortable with, plus there's always the credit union.

Sorry, I don't know about CSEA. I heard that Washington Mutual gives discount rates to teachers.

My mother got something at her union meeting. I have the brochure here. I didn't know about Washington Mutual! Thanks!
